When you can return an item

  • Stops working within a reasonable time through no fault of your own
  • Is unsafe to use

What we'll do

Depending on the issue, we'll offer you a refund, replacement, or repair. For a significant problem, you can choose which option you'd prefer. For a minor issue, we may choose the most appropriate remedy.

We'll cover return shipping costs for any item with a genuine fault.
